The RFU has just circulated all member clubs with details of the ticketing process that will apply in respect of England's Autumn Internationals. England will play against Tonga, Australia and South Africa over this period.

The RFU has announced that Twickenham Stadium will be open to full capacity for the 2021/22 season subject to any further Government restrictions or regulations, including limits on stadium capacities and / or NHS COVID-19 Pass requirements.

This autumn England has three home international matches at Twickenham against Tonga, Australia and South Africa.

The dates and kick-off times are:

The Club has received from the RFU a fixed allocation of tickets for the matches against Australia and South Africa together with the ability to apply for tickets on behalf of members for the match against Tonga. Clearly there is increased availability for tickets for the Tonga game but in line with Club Policy  applicants may only apply for one or two tickets per match for the games against Australia and South Africa. Priority will be given to those members who made a financial contribution to the club in the financial year to 30 April 2021. If the demand for a match exceeds the number of tickets the Club has been allocated a ballot will be held. If there are residual tickets then applicants may be able to add to the number of tickets they have purchased.

Everyone applying for tickets will be advised of the outcome of their application shortly after the closing date of 6 August. Payment will be required by 31 August as the Club has to pay for its allocated tickets during the first week of September. We will provide details of the Club’s Bank Account when advising the outcome of your application.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS SET OUT BY THE RFU

1)      Each applicant will be expected to attend the match for which they are allocated tickets (and not pass the tickets to third parties). This has been the Club’s Policy for some years.

2)      I have to maintain a record of the name, email address and Mobile Telephone Number of each applicant that can be passed to the RFU to cover Test and Trace requirements.

3)      Each ticket holder will be expected to comply with the Government’s COVID requirements e.g. if a Vaccine Passport is necessary then it will be the ticket holder’s responsibility to comply with this requirement

Any queries please do not hesitate to email Gary at gmhemmings@gmail.com.
